We, Youth Theatre Collective Wildpark, are a youth theatre company based in Eindhoven. From our core values ‘freedom, personality and topicality’, we create total experiences, consisting of touring productions playing in national theatres, workshops in Parktheater, and education, context and fringe programming that let children, young people and professional makers tell stories. We create a place where children and young people can develop their authenticity, contributing to a generation that dares to be open, transgressive and involved.

We are in-house company of the Parktheater and have an office in Pand P. As this is currently being renovated, we are temporarily housed in the Parktheater. Wildpark consists of a small team of permanent staff consisting of artistic director, business director, educator and a publicity officer. In addition, we work with an involved shell of theatre makers.

We are looking for

Wildpark is looking for a desk producer. As a bureau producer, you are the hub of our organisation. You make sure that the daily operations run smoothly and you are the contact person for visitors, participants and our impresario. In addition, you support ongoing productions in relation to planning, for example, and assist with (financial) administration.

Specifically, the work will include:

  • Administrative support to team and management;
  • Manage planning of performances & Wildlife Park JONG workshops;
  • Manage info mail from Wildpark;
  • Contact for cast, crew, impresario etc.;
  • Coordinate and support the entire production process;
  • Assist in processing and preparing invoices and assignment agreements;

Who are we looking for?

We are immediately looking for an agency producer who keeps an overview and gets energy from working for a dynamic theatre company. You:

  • Works accurately, organised and maintains an overview;
  • Are communicatively strong;
  • Thinks practically and likes to roll up his sleeves;
  • Have completed or are currently pursuing relevant training, have similar work experience or think for some other reason you would be a good fit for the job.

What do we offer?

  • Initially a temporary assignment for 6 months for 8 hours in a week which you can possibly spread over several days in the week. Both salaried and self-employed employment possible;
  • Salary in accordance with scale V of the collective labour agreement for theatre & dance;
